ABOUT DESIGNER
Cicy zhao was born in Kunming, Yunnan, China, she went to London to study Archtecture/ Construction and Management design in 2003. By the strong arts infuence of London and her passions for arts, later she studied foundation course in Arts and Design in Camberwell Colldge of Arts, University of the Arts London. By a chance, she was introduced to Fashion design by her art tutor, then choosed Fashion Design as her pathway. Afterwards she started into fashion so much, and successfully got in London Colledge of Fashion, University of the Arts London in 2006.
She finished her placement at Alexander McQueen in 2008, then she graduated in 2009.The same year, she was selected as one of the best graduates into London Graduates Fashion Week (Part of London Fashion Week) as one of the best London Colledge of Arts based graduates.
Now she is a China-based fashion designer.
ABOUT LABEL
CICY ZHAO started up at 2011 as a designer label, which is inspired from all the new interesting things around the world, and turned into the neat, model but feminine style. Beside, we aim to produce good quality, also good fabric, these are we keep aiming to achieve all the time.
